I am an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, passionate about Dispute Resolution. This entails litigation, arbitration, and mediation. In this respect, I advise high-level clients both locally and internationally by offering practical solutions to their issues. To many, I am the “fearless go-getter” in dispute resolution practice.
Furthermore, I advise on renewable energy regulation in Kenya. Particularly, I have been involved in conducting studies on renewable energy and the drafting of renewable energy regulatory instruments. I also reviewed energy generation and distribution contracts for local and international clients.
With regard to employment law practice, I advise on employment law compliance, disciplinary processes, and termination of employment in Kenya. I also represent clients in the Kenyan Employment and Labour Relations Court.
